The company regained compliance by effecting two transactions in November: a tender offer for all of its outstanding preferred shares and a 1 for 5 reverse split. Z-Tel shares will begin trading under its old ticker symbol "ZTEL" today. The company has previously announced its intention to change its name to Trinsic, Inc., effective as of the close of business on January 3, 2005.
