I just saw your issue with magic jack not working and it has been quite a long while ago. I had the same issue two weeks ago.. and their support did many things to fix it without success -- including changing the configuration in my router. The final fix???? was executing a command from the dos window. "sfc /scannow" It found a system file that was corrupted and fixed it. The corruption had previously not seemed to be affecting anything else... weird... and it has worked like a charm ever since. Hello to you.
