IMPORTANT NOTES:

$2.50 monthly billing fee will apply with usage less then $15 for 3.9¢ plan.

4.25¢ plan requires a $25.00 minimum usage billing each month of long distance, toll free service, PowerDial, and/or calling card traffic. If the customer does not bill $25.00 in combined services as listed above, the shortage will be added to their bill to equal the $25.00.

4.5¢ plan does not have minimum usage requirement.

A 35¢ surcharge applies to toll free and calling card calls originating from payphones. All rates exclude Federal Universal Service Fee. Business customers are also subject to a monthly Presubscribed Interexchange Carrier Charge (PICC). Calls to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and USVI are 16.9 cents/min.
