Log Into Your Cell Phone Accounts At The Websites Below:
- Verizon, which has won the "Reader Poll" over at Consumer Reports for the last 2 years running.
- AT&T, which used to be Cingular. They are probably the best company to try to get a plan with if you have some credit problems and need a cell phone, since they sign up almost everyone with a credit card, no matter what their credit score.
- If you want music on your phone, T-Mobile has a bunch of really cool phones and features, and they haven't been put on the bottom of anyone's list, so they are a good company to get service from if it's available in your area and Verizon isn't.
- Alltel, which has been tied with Verizon in the Consumer Reports reader polls, so they are always a good choice.
- Sprint PCS, which bought Nextel a couple of years ago, caused both companies to rank at the bottom for customer service issues.
