You can easily print out your call detail from your personal website. We will not mail invoices.

You can add another phone number to your account by logging on to the Kallcents website at www.kallcents.com and then logging into your personal account at https://app.kallcents.net/custinfo/. Once in your account, there is an item on the menu on which you can click that will take you to the page where you can add phone numbers to your account.
You can change your billing address online here. Once in your account, there is an item on the menu on which you can click that will take you to the page where you can change your address.
We are currently only offering Kallcents to credit card customers unless your monthly bill is over $100, in which case you may be a cash customer.
Yes, in most cases you can. Kallcents works with many cell phone providers and with Sprint PCS phones. All you have to do is set up an account giving us the phone number of your cellular or PCS phone. Periodically we find some cell phones that cannot use this service.
No, you don't need to change anything. You can use the same phone service provider and you don't even need to change your long distance company.
Yes, you may. There is no limit to the number of numbers you can have on your account.
You can dial in to our low cost network from any phone that is connected to the phone line registered with Kallcents. If you only have one phone line in your house, then yes, you can call from any phone. If you have two or more phone lines, i.e. telephone numbers, you will need to register each of them if you want to be able to make calls from all house phones.
