KALL8 ENHANCED FEATURES LISTCALL RECORDINGKall8 has developed a Call Recording feature that fully integrates with all of the current Kall8 features. ROUTING TO CLOSEST LOCATIONIf you have a multiple locations business, you can now automatically route your toll free number to the location closest to the caller. This would be useful for car dealerships, real estate agents or dry cleaners, to name a few examples. LEAD GENERATIONOne of the most exciting features that we've developed is the ability to capture caller ID on all of the calls coming into our toll free numbers. We get the name and phone number of each caller and post it on the website with the call detail for that account. This allows the customer to create/expand a list of contacts for their sales people to call. It's a marvelous marketing/sales tool at no extra cost to the customer. CUSTOM ROUTING/LOCATOR SERVICEMany great features including geographic and time of day routing, call distribution, online routing, customized answering, pay phone block and more. VoIPKall8 will now deliver toll Free 800 calls to your locations anywhere in the world for as little as 5.2¢ a minute using VoIP, voice over IP. You can have a standard local US number (in Seattle) and have your phone calls delivered to you anywhere in the world for only 3.2¢ a minute. For those in the US, this represents a savings of 1.7¢ a minute, which is approximately 25%. For overseas customers, the savings can be as much as 50¢ a minute, or close to 90%. AUTOMATED ATTENDANTThe Kall8 Automated Attendant/IVR system integrates inbound toll-free 800 service (or local numbers) with an Automated Attendant and an Interactive Voice Response system (IVR). Kall8 Customer Service is available to help you program the system and record any custom messages needed. There is no equipment to buy and no software to download. INTERNATIONAL LOCAL ACCESS NUMBERSGain access to an expanded international market with local international numbers. Give your customers local numbers in one of the five currently available international cities (more to be added) and forward the calls to anywhere you would like. Standard Kall8 numbers are only $2 per month with $2 installation fee. Standard true 800 numbers (as opposed to 888, 877 and 866 numbers) are $5 per month with $5 setup fee!
