	3.9¢	Powernet Global is a good all around company with really low international calling rates. They have domestic calling for 3.9¢ per minute for business and home users. 	2.5¢	ECG offers service for 2.5¢ per minute, and their customer service and provisioning are good. They are a smaller company, but have been around for awhile and have a good track record. 	2.5¢	Covista is a good discount carrier, with rates starting at 2.5¢. Covista also rounds in 6 second increments, so they are really good at saving customers money on their phone bills.
