Total Call offers the best overall business calling plans due to their 6 second billing, reduced PICC fees and low cost instate and international calling rates.

3.25¢6 Second BillingPioneer Telephone for Business

Everything is the same as with Pioneer's 2.7¢ phone service plan except that the service is billed in 6 second increments instead of the full minute billing associated with the lower priced plan.

Pioneer Telephone service is great for businesses that have offices in more than one state, since calls between Pioneer account users in diferent states are only billed at 1.9¢ per minute. At 1.9¢ per minute, you're getting long distance service for less than you would be paying for calls over a T1 dedicated line.

2.70¢60 Second BillingPioneer Telephone Business Plan

Pionner Telephone charges the same low rates to business customers as they do to their residential users. This plan comes in third, because it is billed in full minute increments instead of 6 second billing like the 3.25¢ plan offers

Pioneer Telephone service is great for businesses that have offices in more than one state, since calls between Pioneer account users in diferent states are only billed at 1.9¢ per minute. At 1.9¢ per minute, you're getting long distance service for less than you would be paying for calls over a T1 dedicated line.

2.70¢6 Second BillingOpex Business Long Distance

There is a minimum usage fee of $2.00 in any month that your phone bill is less than $20.00. A toll free number is $2.00 a month for the first number and $0.53 a month for each additional number. Opex also offers both verified and non-verified Product Account Codes (PACs), which give businesses the option of keeping track of who is using the telephone system for long distance calling by making them enter a code before making a long distance call.

ECG Communication's rate for business PIC-C fees is $3.50 per line with the first discounted to $0.00. ECG also charges 59¢ per month to recover other regulatory costs. This plan is billed in full 60 secon increments.

2.50¢6 Second BillingCovista Communications

Covista has no monthly billing fees as long as you sign up for their "Autopay" billing option. There is a $1.99 fee charged on non-Autopay accounts if your long distance bill is under $20.00 in that month. Covista Communications also charges a monthly Carrier Recovery fee of 99¢.

Toll free numbers are free to businesses. If your toll free usage is under $1.00, they will charge you $1.00 that month to cover the administrative costs associated with your 866, 877, 888 or 1-800 number. All businesses will be charges a PIC-C Fee of $4.31 per business phone line.

4.25¢6 Second BillingPower Net Global

This account gives businesses breaks, but there is a $25.00 monthly minimum usage requirement.

3.90¢60 Second BillingPower Net Global

Powernetglobal offers the same low cost long distance service to home and business users. They also offer local phone service, dial up internet service, dial around service and calling cards.

4.50¢6 Second BillingPowernet Global

The state to state rates on this plan are a little higher than they are from some of the other discount carriers, but Powernet Global's discounted instate long distance rates should more than make up for it, as should the 6 second billing.

Lingo offers quite a lot of different broadband telephone plans to choose from. Their 500 minute plan is $14.95 per month, their unlimited residential plan is 21.95 per month and their business VoIP services start at $39.95 per month.
$39.95 Phone Power
The $14.95 plan comes with 500 minutes, the residential unlimited plan is $19.95 a month with the first three months for only $9.95 per month. Their business plans are $39.95 per line and come with your choice of regular service or Hosted PBX.
