AllCom Signs 3 New Contracts for Initial Commitments of $272,000
AllCom has also signed a hardware contract with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 11 in Pasadena, California. IBEW is the largest electrical workers union in the world with over 6,000 members in Local Union 11 alone. IBEW needed a highly sophisticated VoIP telephone system to better manage communications and reduce long distance costs. This initial deployment is a $36,000 contract with options to add upwards of four additional VoIP systems. Under present terms, recurring revenues will be collected in modest amounts under the terms of these VoIP contracts. Various economic models are being explored and negotiated with each new client to derive recurring revenues from the sales of each new VoIP installation. Due to the radical impact of VoIP on the telecom sector in terms of delivering identifiable ongoing revenues beyond a basic monthly service charge, AllCom is presently finding success in negotiating monthly payment plans including formulas based on a percentage share of savings realized with the newly installed VoIP networks. Longer term, residual plan sales are being structured to include, but not be limited to, long distance, service, security, bandwidth management programs and ongoing service contracts. AllCom is aggressively marketing and implementing Altigen's award winning VoIP systems which provide for a fully scalable traditional PBX-style phone network solution. This system connects all personnel in remote locations over a company's single dedicated nationwide VoIP network via simple phone extensions. All traditional services such as voice mail, call forward, screen accounts and reports are integrated into this robust VoIP environment known as remote PBX or virtual PBX which is seen by industry professionals as the wave of the future. AllCom is positioning itself now to capitalize on this growing market opportunity. Larry Wilcox, the President and CEO of UC Hub, states: "The Pro Group contracts are a strong vote of confidence from AllCom's existing customer base. AllCom is a primary provider of digital distribution and secure management services to many companies in Nevada and California with plans for expansion to additional markets. AllCom's real time network security services are now geared to become a key organic driver of recurring revenues for the company. We are also very pleased with our VoIP products and their potential to further grow AllCom's customer base. UC Hub plans to extend the market reach of AllCom and maximize the strengths of its exceptional IT engineering staff by growing the natural synergies found among our other subsidiaries and partners. We believe UC Hub is now capable of adding many accretive contracts and revenue streams that should significantly grow our overall revenue base in the coming months and year." UC Hub's various subsidiaries are in the midst of a historically high activity period involving multiple discussions with numerous potential new partners and clients. The company will continue to inform its shareholders of developments as they unfold. Plans are also underway to present additional comprehensive updates to shareholders. These updates are expected to include more detailed overviews of UC Hub's subsidiaries, their business models and target markets. Click here to find out more about Internet Phone Service.
