CallWave Launches Prepaid Cell Phone Service

CallWave, a leading provider of VoIP services, has announced the launch of prepaid cell phone services to existing customers. This new pay-as-you-go cell phone service will offer many VoIP features such as mobile call screening, mobile call transfer, and a follow me home option. Mobile call screening allows customers to listen to messages being left as they are being recorded, creating an intense screening option for users. After declining a call, the customer can listen the caller leave a message and at any time could beep in and answer the caller. Customers have the option to screen the calls from their phone or from their PC. This reduces wasted minutes on unimportant calls as well as eliminating phone calls with telemarketers.

Mobile call transfer allows the user to transfer phone calls from their cell phone to their work or home number. This option saves the customer minutes as well as ensures clarity and reception when talking via a landline.

The follow me home feature is a unique feature. When the customer's cell phone is turned off, it will automatically ring to the customer's house line. If the customer is out of minutes for the month, callers can still leave messages, which are delivered to the users e-mail.

The subscription costs $3.95 a month and includes all three services listed about, 60 nationwide minutes, and a Nokia handset. There is a onetime activation and shipping fee and the price for extra minutes is $.15 a minute.
