Nomad International Inc., a VoIP Technology Provider, Comments on FCC Emergency Ruling

VANCOUVER, B.C., June 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Nomad International Inc. (OTC: NDIN - News) announced its support for the recent Federal Communications Commission (FCC) ruling requiring all companies providing Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services to have the capability to automatically link customers to 911 emergency services by October of 2005. The ruling was in response to many broadband customers using VoIP as their only means of telephony communication and therefore not having access to 911 emergency response services. The ruling is significant for Nomad International Inc. in that it further enhances the niche in which the Company can offer its products. Nomad's ability to provide VoIP services over dial up networks ensures that not only can customers take advantage of the long distance cost savings of VoIP service, the fact that dial up is their primary connection means they must have a phone line and therefore, able to connect to 911 services.

While offering both broadband and dial up connectivity, Nomad's products can be marketed to all segments of the VoIP market while remaining compliant with the new FCC ruling.
